Arrange to get the File Type 49 from Fleet One

Fleet Manager Professional Setup

• In Data Maintenance add a Vendor (under Misc Vendors) and then add and assign the fuel cards under the Credit Card tab
• Fuel cards can be assigned to either the driver or the truck.  Under the credit card assignment tab assign the cards to the drivers preferably (or truck). 
• Fuel Card number should be four (4) digits
