Version Prerequisites

3^rd Party Application Configuration Requirements

• Type your userid and password
• Click on The Route Commander link
• Click on Reports – Invoice Detail
• Download the “flat” file format from the website
• Save the file on your local computer

Fleet Manager Professional Setup

• In Data Maintenance add a Vendor (under Misc Vendors) called Husky and then add and assign the fuel cards under the Credit Card tab
• Fuel cards can be assigned to either the driver or the truck
• When adding the fuel cards they are 4 digits long

Other Notes

• The card number is the first four digits of the 2^nd column
• The truck number seems to be the last 2 digits of the end of the 2^nd column
