T-Chek Fuel Import


3rd Party Application Configuration Requirements

  • Customer must call T-Chek several days before live and request that they start creating the Cust100 file format and posting it to the website.  T-Chek usually requires this request to be faxed to them on letterhead and then a follow-up call.
  • In order to download the fuel file
    • Go to www.tchek.com
    • Click Here to Login
    • Choose Carrier Login
    • Choose Customer File / Mail List
    • Select the BUDDxxxx.dat file for the appropriate date


Fleet Manager Professional Setup

  • Open Data Maintenance
  • Click the Misc. Vendors folder
  • In the left panel Click the Add button
  • Enter T-Chek as the vendor name
  • Enter other details as desired
  • Click the Credit Card Assignment tab
    • Right Click and select Add Fuel Card
    • Enter the fuel card number using only the last 7 digits
    • The PIN field field is for informational purposes only
    • Assign the card to a driver or to a truck and Save the record


Other Notes

 

  • When Trip # is entered at pump, don’t enter ‘T’ or leading zeroes.
