3^rd Party Application Configuration Requirements

Go to www.transnetcanada.com

Click on the Login link (www.fleet-tech.com/transnetlogin.cfm)

Select the Data Maintenance option and then Data Download

NOTE: Do not use the predefined date range and start/end, use only one of them

Select the data range

Download the file using the Comdata format

Fleet Manager Professional Setup

When entering fuel cards, use the last 4 digits of the card preceded by 6 zeros (Starts at position 184 of the file)

Other Notes

The truck number is 6 digits long and is characters 25 to 31 in the file

If customers have had customization done to their files then the files are created daily and must be downloaded from an ftp site that they receive from Fleet-Tech (e.g. ftp://username:password@ftp.natconline.com)
