Changing a Carrier on an Existing Contract

If a Carrier has accepted the tender but then can no longer fulfill the contract, use the following steps to change the Carrier on the existing Contract: 

    

    1. Navigate to the Contract Board in Fleet Manger™ Professional 

    2. Locate the Contract you wish to edit, double click to open it 

    3. Remove the name of the Carrier who can no longer fulfill the Contract 

    4. Enter the name of the new Carrier 

    5. Fill in the Arranged with if blank 

    6. Modify any other fields necessary (i.e. charges) 

    7. Click Save. 


Once you have changed the Carrier on the Contract, you will be able to email the new Carrier a Carrier Confirmation through Fleet Manager™ Professional. Follow these steps: 


    1. Highlight the contract you need to send the Carrier Confirmation for 

    2. Click the Print Contract icon 

    3. Select Carrier Confirmation 

    4. On the right of the new window, expand the Image Options 

    5. Select to either Print or Email the Carrier Confirmation from the Output Image options.
