Web Account Setup for Freight Assist

Once Freight Assist has been configured and installed for your company, you will need to set up Web Accounts for those people to whom you wish to give access to the online track and trace functionality. This document will guide you through the steps to create their user IDs and passwords along with applying specific rights and privileges for each login you create. To set up Web Accounts for Freight Assist, you will need access to User Manager. If you have not been given the User Manager password for your company, then you can use the following password which will grant you access to the Web Accounts portion of User Manager only.
