Order Listing Board Changes

The order listing board has been updated to use a newer version of the grid control and is the first major board in Fleet/Logistics Manager to be updated to the new control. This means there have been significant changes made behind the scenes to support the new controls but our primary design goal with the new board was to make it operate as closely to the previous one as possible by default. However, there are new features that can be used by advanced users to enhance their usage of this board.
