Order Entry - Notes Indicator
A Notes Indicator icon has been added to the Order Entry form to allow users to quickly identify which types of notes are present within the Notes section of the Order without having to click the Notes link.
The notes indicator will appear to the right of the Notes link. The indicator is divided into 4 quadrants, with each quadrant representing a specific type of notes, as described below:
Top Left Green = Internal Pickup and Delivery Notes are present
Top Right Green = Check Call Notes are present
Bottom Left Green = User entered History Notes are present
Bottom Right Green = System entered History Notes are present
For example, if a user only needs to review the notes when notes have been entered by a Fleet/Logistics Manager user, then they can quickly see whether User entered History Notes are present by looking for the bottom left hand quadrant to be green.
