The Claims option is available in the Billing side of an existing order. This is used to track problems with shipments, and to file claims with Carriers on behalf of the Customer when there are Overages, Shortages, or Damages during shipping. The claims process begins with ‘Intent to Claim’, and then may progress to a ‘Statement of Claim’.
