First check to ensure they have been ‘Granted Access’, click on Options > Document Imaging set up, double click on the Related Document Definition that the user should have access to, click on the security tab (top left) and move the user from an ‘Active User’ to a ‘User Granted Access’
If this isn’t the cause, try having the user browse to the document storage or document queue to ensure that they have the proper access.
