Previously, users were able to snooze a status so that the status doesn't appear on the e-solutions board.

This has now been removed from the software and all overdue statuses are always displayed so that they are attended to. Users can also filter for statuses due in 3 hrs or 12 hrs for example. The overdue statuses are highlighted in light red.
