1. Was the workflow sent?
2. Is the workflow "active"?
3. Did the driver start their trip on the device?
4. Was the workflow for that stop sent before the truck arrived?
5. Does the location have an accurate geocode?
6. Is the geofence's size appropriate to generate notifications?
