A: Workflow events are updated with the information that is returned from the satellite vendor. When updating the events via workflow the "scheduled" start times of events in the itinerary or the Probills are not considered. The Dispatcher should audit the date/times on the events when required. 


Note: PeopleNet workflow provides an option in Settings > Company Setup > Workflow to Require driver to confirm stop arrival. If this option is selected it prompts drivers to confirm their arrival when they arrive at a stop. If they say NO, they will have to update their workflow at the appropriate time. If they ignore the prompt the system will assume the answer is YES by default.
