Our new user can access everything in Fleet\Logistics but the E-mail option is greyed out?
Please check with your System Administrator to ensure that the user has an email address populated in User Manager.

We had to update our e-mail provider password or changed our login name and now customers aren’t getting e-mails, how does that get fixed?
Either contact your IT or contact Trans Plus Support to update the password in the Trans Plus Communication plug in
