This is likely due to a scaling issue on your workstation. Please work with your IT to ensure that the scaling on your computer is set to the recommended settings. On windows 10 computers you can work around this by running the application in high DIP override.
-Right click on the application icon and select properties
-Once in properties select ‘Compatibility’ > ‘Change High DPI settings’
-Select ‘Override high DPI scaling behavior. Scaling preformed by: System (Enhanced)’
